We here at the Official French Fries Pages are busy trying to provide information. These pages would certainly not be complete without a detailed explanation of how boring potatoes are converted into mouth-watering taste sensations.
So these pages are incomplete.
We doi> have a page called How French Fries Are Made but somehow it's a bit lacking. We know our readers want to see the real machinery and real production methods, and we really want to show it.
Considering the poor showing in our collections for the French Fried Potato Product Color Standard fund, we're not even going to bother asking for donations to send us to a French Fry Factory. We couldn't even collect enough money for a roll of film!
Therefore, we'll have to wait until a sponsor shows up to foot the bill (and arrange the trip) in order to make the French Fry experience more complete for our readers around the world.
Update: we can probably pay our own way if we can get an invitation (although we have nothing against a manufacturer writing off the cost of our trip as PR or marketing)!i>
We'll change the title of this page if we ever do get something of interest on this page. We might even make it blink if that's what it takes.
